ในวันที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน ได้มีการจัดงานประกาศรางวัล Asia Artist Awards ประจำปี 2020 ขึ้น โดยงานดังกล่าวได้ อีทึก (Leeteuk) Super Junior มาทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ดำเนินรายการ
ในปีนี้ BTS ได้รับรางวัล แดซัง (Grand Prizes) ในประเภทเพลงยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี (Song of the Year) ไปครองกับเพลง “Dynamite” ขณะที่ GOT7 ได้รางวัลโชว์ยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี (Performance of the Year) MONSTA X ได้รางวัลเวทียอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี (Stage of the Year) อิมยองอุง (Im Young Woong) ได้รางวัลเพลงทรอทยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี (Trot of the Year) NCT ได้รางวัลอัลบั้มยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี (Album of the Year) และ TWICE ได้รางวัลศิลปินยอดเยี่ยมแห่งปี (Artist of the Year)
